  •  Ocean Sports with Mark Huckstep

    Friday night 14/5

    Come and catch up with your friends and warm up the weekend at Ocean Sports club with some good chat, good food and good music with Mark Huckstep- considered one of New Zealand's best voices. There's a glass of bubbles on arrival, some finger food and we'll be rocking the place.

    Remember this is a club- their bar prices are good.

  • Wentworth Valley Walk 

    Saturday 15, 8.30 a.m.

    Sensational walk and a great way  to blow out Friday Night or start the weekend. Follows an easy grade alongside the Wentworth River, with two bridged crossings, before climbing to a good view of the falls. The falls are in two drops of about 20 metres each. From here, a steeper tramping track leads to a basin at the top of the falls.

    Our ‘local’ will show you the way and share some history.

    Meet at The Falls Track. Wentworth Valley Road, first past the golf course.

     

    We leave sharp at 9am.

    6 km return 2.5 hours.

  • Whenuakura Island Tour (Kayak or SUP)

    Saturday 15, 9.30 a.m.

    Surfsup is Whangamata's premier tour operator.

    The experience includes a 2hr guided kayak paddle to the Whangamata Wild Life Sanctuary OR to the Whitebait River to Sea on Otahu River on SUPs.
    Includes: Wild Woman Guide, Life Jackets, Wetsuits, Dry bags, Snorkel gear, Kayaks or SUPs.

  • Personal Styling Workshop, with Mary Silverton

    This is a fun, informative and interactive workshop with Mary Silverton from Self-Image Styling to help you gain the confidence and insights to look AND feel your absolute best! Includes motivation and inspiration, 'tricks of the trade' styling tips and a look at the latest trends for winter

  • Wild Wacky Golf at Williamson

    Saturday 15, 1.00 p.m.


    She Loves Golf and Whangamata Golf Club present Wild Wacky Golf.

    On arrival, be welcomed and offered a Wild Wacky Punch or two.

    Answer 10 wacky golf questions, receive some golf tips, bonus points for costume and quiz answers.

    Then a 9 hole Ambrose, shotgun start. Winners are determined by a combination of quiz, dress and score.

    Clubs supplied if needed.

    Top group Radiobaby bring their huge list of covers. Add on our wonderful a la carte menu (menu attached) and welcome glass of bubbles and we're in for a great night.
