We are a boutique size festival. Our weekend has the true support of the locals of Whangamata and our regular 5-year guests.  However, with the everchanging world we're in - we need to address what will happen if worst-case scenario happens.

Entry Requirements

Our event is held all around local venues of Whangamata, New Zealand. As a ticket-holder of Wild Women's Weekend we must adhere to and respect the rules of each location.

If we have to cancel the weekend because of Covid: 

A 100% money-back guarantee.

If one of our venues or events can no longer go ahead:

We will try and find an alternative venue or you can claim a 100% refund.

 

If you have symptoms or test positive: 

• 48hr notice - 75% refund

• 12hrs or less notice - 50% refund
